Processing time: 1-20 business days for ALL orders. We strive for 12 business days or less.

AFTER YOUR PACKAGING NOTE IS PRINTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL OR SMS TEXT MESSAGE (YOU CAN TRACK YOUR ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE).

Once your package has been shipped, Luxuryturbocar is not responsible for your package being with the carrier.

WRONG ADDRESS - Customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your city other than your residence, please contact me.

MISSING PACKAGE - If your package is lost by the carrier, a refund will be issued for the products ONLY - No refund if you pay shipping.

DELIVERED - If your package is marked as delivered and is not in your mailbox, please contact the carrier - they will contact the courier person to find out where they left the package. THERE WILL BE AN OPEN INVESTIGATION.

INVALID ADDRESS - If your address does not contain a correct house, city, zip code, you will be contacted by email, text message to obtain the correct address. If there is no response, you will be refunded within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY - If a product is damaged, we will send you a return label for you to print and send back to us. As soon as we receive your broken item. We will refund you for the item.
